River City Construction offers an Electric Lineman Career Development Program in partnership with Northwest Line College’s four-year program. After being employed with RCC for six months, you can register to join the program. The program consists of four modules, each taking 1 year and 2,000 hours of on-the-job training to complete. Upon finishing all four modules and accumulating 8,000 hours of on-the-job training, you will be classified as an A-Class Lineman.
There is a cost to enter the program, which can be paid in full or through payroll deduction. After completing each module, participants will receive a certificate and an achievement bonus.
